This self-catering apartment is in a fully renovated town house in a fully registered "Casa Rural". It is beautifully restored and decorated in a traditional Andalucian style with exposed roof beams and rustic furnishings. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and has one double bedroom with garden views, one twin bedroom with garden views, and one double bed on an open mezzanine level accessible from the living area. The living area is large and spacious, with a kitchen and dining area and a small balcony onto the street. The apartment also has access (via the street) to the shared garden and is one of the few properties in Guejar Sierra to have a pool (Summer only). The gardens are full of shady corners, fruit trees, dining tables, chairs and umbrellas, perfect for picknicing or sunbathing. In winter, the apartment has an open fireplace as well as storage heating throughout making it a cosy option for a ski holiday.
