Nick makes all of his food from fresh produce, including some from his own organic vegetable garden and is able to provide all or some of the meals during your stay in Granada. With a lot of experience cooking for many happy families in Spain, France and Australia, as well as restaurant experience in France and Australia he cooks using a variety of styles including some of the local delicacies and flavours, and aims to be flexible so as to cater for a wide variety of tastes and ages.
