Nick will come to your holiday accommodation with all the necessary foods ready to cook your meal. He will then spend some hours preparing your meal, setting the table including candles and napkins, then serve you as a waiter would. After the meal he will do all of the washing up and cleaning of the kitchen leaving you to relax and enjoy yourselves with family and friends.

You can choose from Nick's delicious menus or simply let him create dishes from the freshest seasonal food in the local markets and his own organic vegetable garden each day.

His services include any or all of the following:
- All of the shopping that is required
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner - 3 courses, serving of food and wine
- All of the washing up and cleaning of the kitchen
- Pre arrival stocking of the pantry and fridge

"Each day I go to the local Plaza Larga market, Albayzin, where there has been a market for over a thousand years, to buy fresh fruit and vegetables and to specialty gourmet produce shops dotted around the city. There is also the possibility of using some of the freshest produce available from my very own organic vegetable garden"

Nick can also provide picnic lunches, or cakes and slices for morning or afternoon tea.

If you would like him to complement his food with the most appropriate wine this can also be arranged. He has discovered a range of very nice Spanish wines and Cava, some from Andalucia and others from different regions of Spain. See Nick's wine list on the menus page.
